Wear and Corrosion Protection
We make use of corrosion prevention compounds (CPCs), which are materials that can prevent new corrosion sites from forming and, more importantly, suppress corrosion that has already initiated. CPCs are applied as a post-production treatment to provide cost-effective, temporary corrosion protection and to control existing corrosion.
Galvanizing
Galvanization or galvanizing is the process of applying a protective zinc coating to steel or iron, to prevent rusting. The most common method is hot-dip galvanizing, in which the parts are submerged in a bath of molten hot zinc. We provide galvanizing services and supply of zinc rich paint or aerosol products. We provide zinc-rich paint galvanizing, thermal spray galvanizing and hot-dip galvanizing.
Metal (Thermal) Spraying
Coating process whereby a wide range of metals and ceramics are sprayed onto the surface of another material to add finishing coatings, anti-corrosion layers and thermal barriers, and to add wear resistance. The sprayed metal surface maintains the efficiency of friction grip areas and ensures their effectiveness throughout the life of the structure.
Wear Resistant Linings
We prevent environmental deterioration by chemical reaction. Desirable characteristics of corrosion-resistant alloys, therefore, include high resistance to overall reactions within the specific environment. We make use of non-metallic materials which are capable of withstanding the destructive action of corrosive mediums. We use them in the production of instruments, piping, and hardware designed for use under exposure to acids, alkalies, salts, and corrosive gases.
Polyurethane
Urethane’s exceptional abrasion resistance makes it an ideal solution for protecting metal hoppers and chutes from abrasive compounds. Liners and linings are often bonded to metal to provide additional stiffness and installation advantages.
Polyethylene
This lining process is used to provide internal corrosion resistance in piping systems used for corrosive chemicals and many other industrial purposes. Corrosion resistance solution for transport systems operating under severe conditions. This system utilizes thermoplastic lining inside a steel pipe, effectively combining the strength of steel with the corrosion, chemical and abrasion resistance of thermoplastic.
Ceramic tiling
Protect industrial components against abrasion, impact wear and high temperature. Made of rare metal oxides as solvents and sintered at high temperatures. Forms surfaces with excellent wear resistance.
Epoxy
Is a two-part adhesive that forms when you mix epoxy resin and hardener. It is highly versatile and extremely strong. Epoxy resins are used in the manufacture of adhesives, plastics, paints, coatings, primers and sealers, flooring and other products and materials that are used in building and construction applications.
Butyl
A synthetic elastomer made by combining isobutylene and isoprene. It is primarily used in the manufacture of inner tubes of tire. It has good shock absorption characteristics and low moisture and gas permeability and is used in many commercial applications.
Cured & Chemical Cured Rubber
The material is allowed to stretch under stress and then return to its original shape when the stress is released. This is allowed by the long polymer chains of which rubber is composed of that become crosslinked, which prevents the chains from moving independently.
HDPE Pipes
HDPE pipe is a type of flexible plastic pipe used for fluid and gas transfer and is often used to replace ageing concrete or steel mains pipelines. Made from the thermoplastic HDPE (high-density polyethylene), its high level of impermeability and strong molecular bond make it suitable for high pressure pipelines.
PVC Pipes
PVC pipes are commonly used for manufacturing sewage pipes, water mains and irrigation. Possessing very long-lasting properties, PVC pipes are easy to install, lightweight, strong, durable and easily recyclable, making them cost-efficient and sustainable

Pump Supplies
